Our Teams Telephony add-on adds an extra user interface to your Teams app, giving you unique control over your phone system from within Teams.

Integrating Teams with your phone system gives you one place to set your status. If you’re going in to a meeting, just set yourself to DND in Teams and your phone system will divert all calls to voicemail.
This is all configurable of course, giving us the ability to automatically divert your calls to an available colleague when you start a video call or enter a scheduled meeting.
